By making your first payment, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions, which are set below:

Payment
- Payment must be sent in advance at the time of requesting a session, in order to secure the session time.
- Last minute sessions are classified as sessions booked with less than 36 hours notice.
These will be billed at 1.5 times the hourly rate. 
- Package deals are available. Feel free to let us know where you are in the process - and we can tell you more about how many sessions you need and provide you with a price estimate.  

Work
- Students are advised to come prepared with a list of questions and areas that they are finding difficult.
- Any specifics should be sent to the tutor 36 hours in advance.
- Tutors will not solve problems for the students, but will rather coach them and give them strategies to help them. This regularly proves to be the best method of instruction!

Cancelation Policy
-Please notify us of session cancelation/rescheduling at least 48 hours notice in advance by text.
-If less than 48 hours is given, we reserve the right to charge for the full price of the scheduled session.
-This policy ensures that tutors and students can make best use of their reserved time.

Guarantees
We do our very best at instilling confidence and subject expertise, as proven by our strong track record, however, we do not make any guarantees regarding your university admissions, test, competition, research results. No refunds will be issued.
